Talk To me Tuesday
Talk to me Tuesday is a donation-based workshop series on how to use mindfulness to handle everyday life emotions from a mindful perspective.
The first few minutes are spent on grounding practices including meditation and breath work. Next is a short presentation on the topic of the week followed by an open floor Q & A.

Forgiveness
Hope
Fear
This series runs for 11 sessions every Tuesday at 7:30 pm from January 18th through March 29th.
