Sometimes the clearest path forward comes after the quiet, not the planning.
January invites us to declutter not just our homes, but also our headspace.
For me this means working to release the “I should be further along by now” energy that doesn’t fit my values or the way I move in life currently. However, there is a hum of this energy taking up space. It also means working towards experiencing without naming. That might feel contrary to what I teach others, but for me, it’s a constant that needs a rest from analyzing which also takes up mental space.
Practice: Light a candle or an incense. Breathe in for 4, hold for 4, exhale for 6. Then ask: What do I want to feel more often this season?
Allow the feeling to guide your next steps instead of a checklist.
