Dear there ,
This week, we move with fire the element of energy, transformation, anger, and creative force.
Fire is beautiful, but it must be tended. This time of year, we ask: What fueled me in a way that lit me up? And what left me scorched and spent?
Here’s what fueled me:
Writing as alchemy Writing my book was a transformative act. It helped me turn silence into truth and emotion into clarity. I was full of fire and it fueled me!
Creative sovereignty I created with purpose, not pressure. Whether through voiceovers, journals, or newsletters, I let expression guide me, not urgency.
The Elementa Way vision Building this container of healing, reflection, and feminine rhythm gave me direction. Even in quiet seasons, the vision burned bright in me.
Emotional storytelling Sharing my truths, especially with women navigating emotional reclamation, fueled me more than I can express. Each message I shared felt like a flame passed.
Practice: Journal two lists
“Things that fueled my joy”
“Things that burned me out”
Circle one from each.
Ask yourself: What do I want more of? What will I release in the name of warmth, not burnout?
Support: Use the Seasonal Goal Journal or mini e-book to transmute what you’ve learned into new creative fuel.
This is not the season for flames. It’s the season for embers.
With wise warmth,
GalandaB Elementa Wellness
