Dear there ,
Here we are on the 7th day of the 11th month, and I realized that I have missed the last two newsletters of October. I thought I’d only skipped one. Turns out, I needed more rest and space than I realized.
I had intended to share reflections on what turning 52 is teaching me and the way reading can support emotional health. But instead of writing, I was living. Processing. Being present in the “real” world.
And while I’m grateful for that presence, I also want to say: this community matters deeply to me. Your time, your trust, and your choice to walk this path of awareness alongside me is not taken lightly.
I’ve long since released perfection consciously, but I still catch myself trying to live up to its shadow. What I do know is this: I’m passionate about sharing, especially when it helps women feel more emotionally confident and mentally rooted.
(And for the men here, you are welcome too. But my tone, language, and rhythm will always center the feminine.)
So, here we are. November’s theme is Emotional Integration & Sacred Discernment. I’ve been living it for the last few months. Anger, grief, disgust… they’ve all passed through me. But instead of reacting, I’ve been practicing how to transmute.
Not suppression. Not denial. Just discernment.
