Hey there ,
Sometimes rest isn’t about doing less — it’s about letting go. Ishvara Pranidhana teaches us to release what we can’t control and soften into trust. It’s a gentle reminder that you don’t have to carry everything on your own. Stillness becomes safe when you know you are held — by Spirit, Source, or simply the breath itself.
This is the sacred exhale of the practice: You’ve done enough for today.
Reflection Prompt: What would it feel like to stop striving, even for just a moment — and trust that I am supported?
Practice Tip: Before bed or in a quiet moment, place one hand on your heart, the other on your belly. Breathe slowly and say aloud: “I am safe to let go. I am supported even in stillness.”
Mantra of the Week: “I surrender what I cannot carry. I am held in something greater.”
With deep exhale, GalandaB Elementa Wellness Facilitator
