Hey there ,
World Listening Day began as a way to honor the art of listening to the world around us—its rhythms, its silences, its songs. And while that’s still beautiful, this year I want to bring the focus somewhere more intimate: inward.
Because what we listen to—internally—shapes how we move, how we rest, how we heal. And many of us have been listening to an inner critic that is not only loud, but unkind.
So this year, I’m exploring what it means to shift that voice—not to silence it, but to soften it.
What would it sound like if the voice in your head became a companion instead of a judge?
Over the next few days, I’ll be sharing content across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube with the theme “Listen to This Instead…” Each post gently replaces a self-critical thought with a grounded, compassionate reminder.
✨ In the meantime, here’s a simple prompt to reflect on: What’s something I often say to myself that I’d never say to someone I love?
If you’re looking for a space to explore that question and more, the Nature’s Reset Journal is here to support you. It’s a soft landing place for your truth—no fixing, just listening.
