It’s more than a week into Mental Health Awareness month and I'm just now getting off my @ss and attempting to get things moving. Despite being full of ideas and what I think is motivation to get things done, I've gotten little accomplished. I seemed to be "stuck" and having a hard time getting beyond humps and bottlenecks to achieve some of my goals.
I've been pretty consistent with posting my weekly videos on YouTube, but not much else. Today I watched When You Feel Stuck, Do This First from my dear friend Roshini aka Glamazini. In it I heard lots of lessons that I've said to others, but haven't always applied to myself. Then I thought about the video I posted this week about emotions as messengers. I realized that I'm living with a lot of resentment! Now, I have no plan or solution yet to deal with this, but I've decided I'm my own "project" this month and will be working it out.
