Dear there ,
We are midway through July.
PACE arrived last week. ENOUGH arrives in two weeks. And right now, in the space between them, something worth noticing is happening.
You are changing.
Not dramatically. Not in the ways that make it onto highlight reels or into tidy before-and-after narratives. But something has been quietly shifting since May. In the way you respond to requests that are not aligned. In the way you notice the body’s signals before overriding them. In the questions you are willing to ask yourself now that you were not ready to ask before.
This newsletter is simply an invitation to acknowledge that movement in yourself before the month’s final declaration arrives.
What PACE May Be Revealing
When you begin to move at a pace that is actually yours, things that felt urgent start to reveal themselves as optional. Obligations that felt fixed start to reveal themselves as chosen. And the question of what you are doing all of this for becomes harder to avoid.
That is not unsettling. That is the work becoming honest.
PACE is not just about how fast you move. It is about what you discover when you slow down enough to look clearly at the life you are actually living.
A Bridge Question
Between PACE and ENOUGH lives one of the most important questions The Art of the Enough asks this month.
If your pace is yours, what are you pacing toward?
Not a goal. Not a metric. A feeling. A quality of life. A version of yourself that does not need the external noise to tell her she has arrived.
Sit with that question this week. Let it move through you without demanding an immediate answer. The answer is already forming. ENOUGH arrives on July 29th to meet it.
