Dear there ,
There is a specific kind of pressure that arrives with April.
The world outside is bursting. Buds are breaking, colors are shifting, and the collective pace is quickening. It is easy to feel like we, too, must burst onto the scene. We feel the urge to launch, to speak, to do, and to be seen all at once.
But a bloom that is forced open by external heat rather than internal readiness is fragile. It wilts as quickly as it arrived.
This season, I am practicing the Soft Bloom.
A Soft Bloom is growth with boundaries. It is the art of expanding your reach while keeping your roots deeply protected. It means moving with the seasonโs momentum without letting it pull you off your center. You can be visible and vibrant without overextending your energy to the point of exhaustion.
