The Body as a Coaching Tool
In the Elementa Way framework, the body is not a problem to manage. It is the first place we look for information.
That tightness in your chest before a call you didn’t want to take? That is data.

The sudden clarity and lightness you feel when you cancel an obligation that was never aligned? That is also data.
