Dear there ,
Today, CARRY arrives.
CARRY: Choosing What Stays With You is the resource I have been building toward all month. And if you have been with the Elementa Way through May, you will feel why it lands here, at the end of this particular arc, with this particular weight.
We have spent this month defining the difference between healing and growth. Listening to what the body knows. Challenging the stories that were handed to us.
And now we arrive at the question underneath all of it.
What are you still carrying that was never yours to hold?
The Weight We Normalize
There is a specific kind of exhaustion that does not come from overworking. It comes from over-responsibility. From carrying the emotional weight of other people’s unprocessed pain. From holding together relationships, families, and workplaces that were never designed to be held by one person.
For many of us, carrying became so familiar that we stopped noticing it was optional.
CARRY does not ask you to abandon your people. It does not ask you to become someone who moves through the world without care or connection.
It asks you to become discerning about the difference between love and burden. Between commitment and self-erasure. Between showing up for others and disappearing into them.
What CARRY Will Walk You Through
It is structured as a series of short, honest sections. No lengthy frameworks. No complicated systems. Just clear, direct questions that help you locate what you are carrying and decide, with intention, what belongs to you.
Some of what you are carrying, you will choose to keep. That is the point. This is not about putting everything down. It is about making the choice consciously rather than by default.
