Dear there ,
May arrives with a particular kind of noise.
Mental Health Awareness Month fills every feed, every inbox, every conversation with the language of healing. And that matters. The conversation matters. But somewhere in all of it, a quieter question gets lost.
What about the women who have already done the healing work? The ones who are not in crisis but are not yet in motion. The ones who know what broke them and are ready to build something new.
This month, the Elementa Way is speaking directly to you.
Two Different Rooms
Therapy is a sacred room. It is where you go to understand the wound. To trace its edges. To learn the name of the thing that shaped you. That work is irreplaceable and it deserves to be honored.
Coaching is a different room entirely.
Coaching is where you go once you know what you are working with. It is the space where you stop analyzing the past and start architecting the future. It is not about what happened to you. It is about what you are choosing next.
One room looks back with compassion. The other looks forward with intention. You may need both. You may have already spent years in the first one. This month, we are focused on the second.
What This Month Holds
This month we are going deep into the intersection of mental wellness and deliberate growth. We will talk about the nervous system as a coaching tool. About the stories we carry that were never ours to begin with. About rest not as recovery, but as strategy.
And this Wednesday, something arrives that belongs at the very beginning of that conversation.
Watch your inbox on May 6th.
Practice: Name the Room You’re In
Before the week accelerates, take five quiet minutes with your journal.
Ask yourself: Am I currently in a season of healing or a season of building?
Neither answer is better. Both are honest. What matters is that you know which room you are standing in, so you can give it what it actually needs.
Ready to grow from here,
GalandaB Elementa Wellness
