G.R.A.C.E. Yoga

This class is a 30-minute meditative yoga and breath work class to promote G.R.A.C.E = Getting grounded so that you can re-frame and accelerate your compassion for self and others with ease.

This is one of my personal mantras that I shared in the anthology "Awakened to Wellness" and that I would like to share with you.

There is no cost for this class and no obligation other than agreeing to have your camera on and agree to be recorded. The recording will NOT be used for public promotion or consumption. It will only be used as my personal submission for my final project for my 300-hr yoga teacher training. It will be reviewed privately by my teacher and mentors only.

This class will be conducted via Zoom so you can attend in the comfort of your own personal space.

All you need is a non-slippery surface in a quiet space.

Optional, but not required:

  • yoga mat

  • light blanket

  • 2 yoga blocks or thick books or small pillows

  • an eye mask

  • headphones/earbuds to block out noise if needed

NOTE: The time is 7:30 EDT/EST or -5 GMT time
