Meditation in moments

You have wanted to meditate, but have no clue when you have the time. You think that you need hours or at the very least 30 minutes. I’m here to share that you don’t. Mindfulness is a form of meditation that you can do anywhere at anytime. Jenny Everett at Women’s Health has outlined several ways that you can do this. Some of my favorites include mindfulness in bed in the morning before getting up, mindfulness in the shower and mindfulness while eating.
