How to use your kit:

Light your beeswax candle

1. Add teaspoon of herbal mix to a tea bag

2. Run a hot shower to get the bathroom steamy. Put the herb bag under the shower to allow the scent to fill the room.

3. Wet your body in full. Turn off the shower.

4. Massage black soap over your entire body. Leave soap on skin for ~10 minutes.

5. Rinse black soap fully from body

6. Use exfoliating glove and rub skin to remove dead skin

7. Mix clay with water in a bowl. Rose water or distilled is preferred, but any is fine.

8. Rinse your body fully of the dead skin. It may feel tingly due to the glove.

9. Apply the clay to face and any other areas of the body for extra conditioning. Leave clay on skin for 10-15 minutes.

10. Wash off the clay with warm water and wash cloth

11. Pat yourself dry

12. Apply Argan oil to face and body

13. Boil water and prepare mint tea for after bath relaxing
