Everyone experiences nervousness, apprehension, restlessness, "the jitters" and even fear sometimes. In times of potential threat or high stress anxiety is natural.
However, if these emotions are keeping you from forming and keeping relationships personally or professionally, influencing your decision making to not engage in activities, or causing you to feel dis-ease through head or other body aches, then you may be struggling with anxiety.
This workshop series will help you:
Identify your anxiety triggers
Leverage physical movement to decrease stress
Use daily habits such as breathing exercises and meditation to decrease anxiety

Do I have to be diagnosed with anxiety to attend? Absolutely not! You decide what your relationship with anxiety is and if you need help. If you want someone to walk with you on the journey, then this series is for you.
What is the dress code? Comfortable clothes, the same as if you were attending a yoga class. There is a yoga component in each session.
What if I can’t sit on the floor? No problem, you can still attend. The yoga practice can be adapted.
What if I miss a session? You will still have access to the material in the private group. Additional arrangement may be made on a case-by-case basis.
Is this only for women? No, this is open to everyone irrespective of how they identify.
